Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time (Canada): Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 2–5 business days.
Delivery Time (International): Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive in 14-30 business days.

Note: "Business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Fees

We offer two ways to get your order to your doorstep:

Standard Shipping (Canada)	CA$2
Standard Shipping (International)	CA$4
Tracked Shipping	CA$15

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. We recommend double-checking your cart and shipping address before ordering.

The "Oops" Exception: We want to make it right if you receive the wrong product in your order.

Please contact us at eggoseed@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your package.
Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
We will send out the correct item to you at no extra cost.
